Building Services Engineers in Norwest
AIM Consultant Engineers delivers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and energy compliance engineering for developments across Norwest, as the business park transforms into a mixed-use precinct.
Trusted Engineering Built for Norwest’s Growth
Norwest is in the middle of a significant transformation. Developer Mulpha has committed to a $3 billion masterplan turning the 377-hectare Norwest Business Park into a mixed-use “smart city,” following the recent finalisation of the Norwest Precinct Plan. The approved Isaac Towers development — two towers, an 80-bed hotel, retail, commercial space and childcare — is one of the first major projects to land under the new plan, and employment across the precinct is projected to grow from around 20,000 to over 35,000 workers.
AIM Consultant Engineers supports developers and builders delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use projects into Norwest’s growth, with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and energy compliance engineering coordinated from one team — well suited to the mixed-use, transit-oriented developments now defining the precinct around the Norwest and Bella Vista Metro stations.
With the Norwest Precinct Plan only recently finalised, we work directly with The Hills Shire Council through the DA process, staying current on the plan’s requirements as major projects like Isaac Towers set the precedent for what gets approved next.
